Connect a game over screen

Missing some here. How do you link a game over screen? I added a new Scene Screen but there doesn't seem to be a connection spot to link it to the Game Field UI

just add an "event observer in your Game field UI
and select game over then you can link it

 

I have the event observer added but it doesn't take me to my game over screen. Anyone else with this issue?

 

If you name it you can connect it
