MMmmmm ive got some. What kind of game are you making? Platformer, above view racer etc etc. as that needs to be taken into consideration as well. Can make one however you need it.
Another important question is how do you want to interact with the city because if you want to be able to destroy buildings like an I game, then you need to set the buildings up. Or if you want to have the buildings destroy the character but if you points for getting close then things also need to be setup.
