My game uses forced movement and direct movement. On the sides of this game are objects used as bumpers/walls. Im having a problem in that when the character collides with the object and the player attempts to move in the opposite direction (right-left) there is a delay before the character can move. This happens whether I am using the arrow keys as controls or onscreen buttons. Does anyone else have a solution to this issue? All friction is set to zero and even drag is set to zero.
