Change Object Following Character?

Hi
How can I be able to change objects that follow the main character like the way Rise Up has done. Any help is appreciated.

One way duplicate existing world and add new character with corresponding object and add individual character unlock button with a menu jump which links new world.

 

That makes sense. Meaning I will have to upgrade to the highest licence .
