Cant activate my buildbox

Hi guys!

I just purchased build box I got an email with an activation key when I enter my key and press activate I get an empty error box with an explanation mark and OK button.

Any ideas whats going on? Also how do I get in to members only section?

Forgot to mention this is on Mac OS X 10.11.4

 

Same type of issue here. I payed for my subscription yesterday and after entering my license key it said
- Activation Failed, contact support

 

If you installed previous version, delete them. Then reboot, then install fresh new version. Try to activate. If on windows then run as admin.

 

Thanks I tried all you said. Still same message

 

Write a mail to support. Tomorrow in the morning they will fix it.

 

Buildbox support was very quick to fix the issue for me today
