Whatever that is based on the logic of images and text without any input from the user... Yes!

Disadvantages: long loading times.

No way to control cam and other mobile hardware
no way to interact with google maps and location sys

 

Basic text editor seems to be missing in BB.
I'd rather not use gamedev software to create apps, there are many app oriented solutions.

 

I would be interested in those solutions. Do you have some recommendations?

Wow, is phonegap free? I didn't know that one.

 

There's a BB builder who made a "how to" drawing app with BB. I can't remember who.

PhoneGap is free. You can build everything with Dreamweaver and jQuery Mobile (there are templates built in). So the app is built off of HTML and jQuery. Styles are built in but you can style everything with CSS. Pretty easy!! Dreamweaver has starter templates that you can build from.
