Can We Please Disable Post Moderation And Enable Post Editing?

Title is pretty much self-explanatory, it really slows down the conversations, people can't gather at the same point in time to actively discuss the subject :/

Dunno if it's only me, but if not pls speak up. It's really annoying... to be frank I've never experienced such thing on any forum whatsoever.
