Does anyone know if Buildbox support is still operating? I bought Buildbox Plus on Sunday but got an error after the purchase meaning I don't have my product key and can't activate it. I emailed then on Sunday and again yesterday but so far no response at all. I'm a lapsed Pro user and I don't think the eCommerce site could deal with my email already being registered before.
