    Hey Boxers!

    What a wild ride it's been the first 48 Hours of Buildbox Free. We're absolutely floored by the passion of the community for this product. That being said we did have a few hiccups, for those that might've been affected please see below a list of known issues and an update on the current status as well as some fixes:

    1. Server Problems - Can't Signup or Download


    Wednesday, we had problems right after launch where the servers couldn't handle the traffic. If that was the issue you encountered, this is 100% solved now. The website is working and you can definitely download.

    2. Password - Special Characters


    Some users had issues creating their passwords due to special characters. This issue has also been fixed and now working 100%. You do not require a special character any longer.

    3. Registered but License Key Email not received


    To be able to activate your license in the Buildbox Free Software, you'd need an activation code or license key. If you did not receive it, please do the following:
    • Login to Customer Portal
    • Forgot your password? Click here to reset. And then login to portal (link above)
    • Once logged in, you will be able to see your license key as well as download links for Buildbox Free
    Also if you were seeing activation failed previously we have resolve that issue as well. Try re-opening the software or activating it again.

    Still having issues license activation issues? Please send us an email to support@buildbox.com with the Subject: CANNOT ACTIVATE LICENSE KEY (yep, all caps!) so we can see it faster.For any other concerns, bugs we need to squish, or reasons why you have not activated your license, please also send us an email at support@buildbox.com.If you've already sent an email to us, please avoid sending multiple emails for the same issue so we can go through our support queue faster. We reply on a first emailed, first replied to basis.
