Send an e-mail to support@buildbox.com and have them help you out. If you want to try out yourself you can copy your project and start deleting stuff (actions, objects, logic, worlds, ui) and optimizing your atlases and see if you hit the magic marker where you get it to work. If you are lucky you might figure out what's triggering it before support are able to figure out the problem.
