BB3, you can only run 100%, on computers with NVidia or AMD graphics card, the 3D part or the preview will not work if your computer has a basic graphics card (Intel Graphics). 3D management, requires a somewhat high CPU usage, so I imagine that programmers will make the 3D computation through the GPU's. If they do not solve this problem, there will be many people who will not be able to run BB3 correctly in Laptops.
Any modern computer within the couple of years probably will run Buildbox 3 just fine until you try to do a graphically intensive game or a lot of physics calculations, then you need a dedicated GPU and/or faster CPU. It really comes down to what version of OpenGL/Metal/D3D they’re using and if your cpu and/or gpu supports that version.
