Check your portal at https://www.buildbox.com/account/ under licenses. My code appeared there, but still haven't received an email.
Getting this error despite only having one computer! But on my account for BB2, it says: Which is wrong since I only have one computer. And on my account of BB3, it says:
Did you use ALpha? That key works. I havent had my email yet but downloaded from Niks post and used the Alpha key.
Guys for the license just login to your account on Buildbox.com, click on licenses and on bb3 click details
Well this makes me both and happy and sad... Guys, try what he said, I logged into the website and looked up licenses and it was in fact there! However I still haven't received an email. Disregard what was said during the live event yesterday (i.e. waiting on the welcome email) and try checking your account tab before reaching out to support. Good luck!
i didn't need to find licence anywhere. i downloaded bb3 from OP post and installed and opened it no problems. i had had the bb3alpha on installed though.
I'm so excited about this i was just checking out and messing out, but every time i'm trying to play it crashes
There is know issue with OBJ files that have multiple materials inside. IF you drop them in BB3 and try to play it will crash. Unless you have other issue and it crashes during Preset Preview.
Thank you for answer, no i don't put any object or change any settings it's happening If i just try to preview any preset, it's not even a crash Buildbox just close to windows I didn't uninstal previous Buildbox Version before i install Buildbox 3D
Ping our support with all the info they will ask. It might be some hardware issues that we still need to iron out. Let me tell you guys. There is SO many video cards and hardware related issues you not going to believe. But we working on making all of them gone. Cheers.
