@Nous Games, Just email support@buildbox.com they will check your account and reset your key for you. Or uninstall bb 1 and do fresh install of 2.0. See if that works.

 

@Andy is demo version available for BB 2.0, as like BB 1 we use it for 1 month limited version then go for purchase,
if yes then where is link for free version with limited time period.

Yeah, Congrats and well done to the whole team who surely worked tirelessly!

 

there is no demo for bb2... yet...

 

It makes sense to push it out to those long waiting paying customers first - address any issues then look to pushing out a demo/trial.

i all ready email to support but no one resorption yet i am really excited about buildbox 2.0 that yew write here so any buddy are online they can help me faster so i can see buildbox 2.0 on my hand .

 

I don't have access to all customer and license data. I would help if I was able to. It's still early here, but support will be working in a couple hours.

what is the process to install the new link (BB2) that i received? should i uninstall the beta5 version before installing the new BB2?

 

@bharath917 Its best to uninstall first. Backup your RESOURCE folder first.

Also, for anyone running BB and get alert for 2.0.1 update, if during install it gives you an error, thats because the BuildBox.exe is still running and cannot overwrite files that are currently in use. Just kill the BB task. Not sure how to kill tasks on mac but for windows, just right cick your windows bar at bottom and hit Task Manager. End task on BuildBox.exe, then hit retry.

@Andy When is trial versoin of bb2 available?

 

I think BB2 lacks few features than BB1, I have purchased recently and I cannot add go to main menu button, exit the doesnt work, pause n continue is different. It should be continue after pause but no function available instead they add back which is not correct I think.

I am getting 'BuildBox Quit Unexpectedly' every 10 minutes or so. I've spent more time re-doing my work than progressing. Getting frustrated.

 

After getting my subscription last night and tinkering with it today...all Imoh gun say is...great job @TreySmith you rock !
