Hi Buildboxers, I have made this game a while ago and since I wanted to publish it there were similar games on the app store and on the android store as well. However there was none on the Windows 10 store so I though it would be good if there was a PC version as well. So here it is Windows 10 Store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/games/block-break/9nblggh4vzvz Please tell me what you think about it as it was would be really awesome to see what you guys think for my first published game. I am in the progress of re-adjusting the layout was some of the numbers are not perfectly placed, but if you just stretch the game out a little it will be fine. Thanks!
Hey, congrats for you first game is your game working on windows 10 mobile ? I don't have a WP phone to test, but I read that the games built with BB2 are only compatible with windows store, not mobile.
@EZKad Thanks! The game is only compatible with Windows 10 Store for desktop and laptops but not for mobiles.
Hey dude I'm also creating a game for windows store but I got couple of problems, maybe you could help me ?
There may be tons of similar apps in the app store, many of them are exact clone. You change the graphics and few mechanics and it's your and it's unique. Being so creative in this market is hard. Your game is a nice one. But I want to suggest a few things - 1. Launch it in app store and play store 2. Your UI is messed up, may be due to "fit to width/height" problem (in my pc) 3. Make it simpler for first few scenes Overall it's nice.
It is quite possible that your version of the app does not support Windows 8.1. Have you tried to update to the newer version? Sometimes this problem also occurs when the computer is full of internal garbage, you need to clean the registry at least once a month. I do thanks to a very useful tool that my friend recommended to me. This was a year and a half ago and I still use it https://thinkmobiles.com/blog/best-registry-cleaner-tools/. This is a very convenient site that helps me keep my computer clean. Try it yourself
