Black Screen After Ad

Hi,

I wanna run a game before archive it , but after an ad with black theme whole the screen goes black.
Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?

 

Can you play that same error in a demo?

You can share the BBDOC in the Forum to see what happens.

 

The error appears in my Phone that is the simulator.

 

The same thing happens to me when I use admob. The stupid interactive video plays then either crashes my game or there's a black screen after you click on the X button.

 

Hi All I have a similar issue I always see blackscreen with an X at top right when I use Admob. (this happens in Android only btw) But it might be a phone isue because I tested my owned game on another phone and it was showing the ads ok. Still don't know the reason. Could you share your game if it is published so I can test?

Hey,

I'm getting the same issue with my reward videos. Also, after the user forces quit, they lose their unlocks, which is a HUGE issue.

I've went ahead and turned 2 of the networks off and it seems to be fine, but this isn't a permanent solve.
