BB 2.0: What is the best way to report bugs?

@seanjonathanconnor, @Andy, @Machine Rises and the rest of the Buildbox team
The last few days I have used BB 2.0 a lot and found much ways, buttons or actions to crash the editor.
What is the correct way to report BB 2.0 bugs? Email, forum thread, ticket tool?

 

if I may suggest: definitely a ticket to support so that the team knows the issue right away.
then, the forum, so that we share the issue with other fellow boxers so that we try reduce the amount of duplicate requests (until a proper bug tracking tool gets installed - a la Bugzilla)

I have been reporting via email as well, and then "Technical Discussions." They interestingly did not create a "Bug" section.

I think we all should be paid for that kind of works ha ha

 

The funny thing is we paid them so we could test it Lol!
