Has anyone else been experiencing issues when opening buildbox? Every time I open BB it says "authentication failed". I pay monthly and have paid for the month of February so I don't understand why I'm having issues.
i pay monthly as well. And every time my month is up, and they do there debit I have the same problem for 2 days. Seems like some crappy transaction process, real pain not being able to do anything for two days. I should get a discount, minus two days of my subscription.. LOL
Ive had the issue but generally stops. Only time ive seen a disconnect error or auth error is when i export to APPLE. Mid export it will do this.
