So as a person with no experience making apps/non coder/programmer, buildbox sort of fooled me into thinking the games I make with it would be exported from the software itself into whichever platform I choose from the list of export options into a ready to go, playable file. Of course that is not the case and there is extra work to be done after the fact to actually make your game playable, the only tutorials available are for exporting your games onto ios and android, and even that tutorial has me a bit confused.

Where would I go to find out how to "compile" my games into the other platforms like steam, mac, and windows??? None of this was mentioned beforehand and I feel like I have been a bit scammed. Buildbox advertises the software to people who don't know a line of code like myself as if using the software alone will get your finished game into the app store in a few simple steps... Not the case.

Any help or links to better tutorials would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Skydevilpalm, I went through the same thing, LOL! Buildbox is AWESOME, the support is AWESOME, but there advertising of Buildbox is NOT transparent in the finished product of Buildbox, which is to make the actually game... I have voiced my opinion very clearly to support as I have felt the same way... but with that said, I have very little technical experience as well, but have games in google play, and those extra steps need to turn your saved files into game is above and beyond simple, once you get everything going... So here is a link to my Dropbox file, that has everything you need to make your save file a game for Android, to put in the Playstore... All the links are there for the software and even video tutorials on EVERYTHING from start to finish https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fdp2g9h1hdjnq9u/AABbAR-riAo3L0B5RdzQyqZqa?dl=0 It took me a couple of days to figure everything out, but once you get it going, and practice it, it takes like a few minutes to convert your saved game app file to an APK for Android/ Google Play :)

    Thanks for sharing @Alienone
Everything around building final app file is changing constantly so your workflow sooner or later will not work because of updates form Buildbox, through developers software, SKD, API, ad platforms and so on. That's why it's hard to be supported by a published solution. Hard but still possible I think.
