Hey everyone, We recently submitted our first Amazon build box game. However, we can't get the GameCircle to register the scores from our Kindle Fire 6 test device. It looks like no scores are registering... Does anyone have a build box game working with GameCircle leaderboards? We're curious how it was setup in the BB settings. Our test device opens the leaderboard from within the game, it just says "You are unranked" below the leaderboard... We've emailed support for help also, just curious if anyone has had any luck with scores registering? -Pete
Hi, Did you add API Keys to BuildBox Amazon Settings from Leaderboard? Did you publish your Leaderboard, as you making it you will also need to publish it, just check under Status of your leaderboard what is written. Hope it will help @c3p1creations @tomwhite3d
@dusan20002 Thanks for the response. Do you have any apps where the GameCircle is working properly? Because we did exactly the two things you mention when we setup the app on Amazon dev site: -Yes, we replaced the original API key from the Amazon dev site with the API key generated from GameCircle and pasted into the BuildBox Amazon Settings ("Amazon API Key" field). -Yes, published the leaderboard in GameCircle. (The leaderboard being published isn't the issue... it shows up just fine. It's just the scores from our device aren't registering with the leaderboard). Does anyone have an app that is working properly on GameCircle? We'd love to compare settings if so.
