my characters has advanced move that when i swipe in every direction it will go, like swipe right it will move to the right.. that is when i don't have anything on animation box.. but when i applied or drag the PNG file to the animation box movement is no longer working.. the image/animation shows up but it wont go to any directions. anyone else encounter this?
After adding the animation did you check the collision shape (inside the Advanced Move component) and adjust if needed? That's one reason there could be an issue. Otherwise, I might need to see an example.
