I'm having the same issue here for IOS, both test ads and normal ads aren't working on buildbox 3, everything is set up correct. Ads are working on buildbox 2 no issues.
All filled in and working flawlessly on android, it's just IOS that's the problem, a friend of mine uses buildbox too and is having the same issue.
Please send in your file to support@buildbox.com and we'll be happy to help find the variable. Currently we have admob test ads working on iOS so likely there is just something missing here.
There's a lot of factors going into live ads on iOS these days, especially IDFA changes. I might recommend ensuring Admob is serving the account ads. If the Test Ads are working it typically means something is an issue account side.
How come test ads works and adds are triggered on dashboard but ads are not visible inside the game? How is this an account setup issue? Anyway the bottom line is that we need a guide with latest changes or a checklist for this type of issues
Yeah, admob ads are still not working for IOS and my app has been published on the app store, all my other apps that where built with Buildbox 2 are fine the issue is only with Buildbox 3 for IOS. We really need a fix for this as we will be loosing revenue.

That's what I've started doing myself recently. Found this link on a reddit page and have been using it.
Just to update the problem has been resolved, the issue was with admob and not buildbox, it seems that Google is just taking their merry time to link IOS apps.
