What are the features of Educational License ? Can we use IAP or Advertisement in Educational Licensed BB Software ? Because, I bought BB EL and I couldn't find any of these in the software I downloaded. and How can I refund my money or may I change my educational license to the regular license ? Man I've watched all the tutorials before I buy it and this thing... I just gave 49$ for nothing.

I just got back from support and it seems to be an error. There are no changes to the pricing. So getting back to the OPs question: I think best is to ask support about your inquiries. They for sure can help you.
