Hey guys! This is my first game created in buildbox 3D, its far from what I intend to do with it but it is just ok as a demo / pre-alpha build. It has some interesting node system coded from scratch for UI interraction, a new system for character movement and a story. The below video was created in just few minutes because it was a requirement to submit my game so please "have mercy" . I hope you guys will enjoy what you see here (the first level of the game). . Hey guys, It has been quite some time since I last posted on this forum therefore I thought I could change this thread into a dev log. This way you will see the evolution of the game and I could get direct feedback from you guys In the past weeks I've been perfecting the movement system of the player so I could get a smooth feel to it. I think the system still needs few minor tweaks but for now it works perfectly. I've also decided to share with you the initial story and story screen that I've been implementing for this game jam and also the latest dynamic level selector + the first level. As a side note I've implemented a Joystick controller and added some circle buttons in order to clean the UI a little bit. Please note that I have a full time job and all this progress for the game was and is made mostly in weekends or early in the morning. I can't wait to see what are your toughs. Thanks ! Unfortunately I plan to release this game later this year since is under a grey area and I'm not 100% sure on what direction to go with it... I will keep working and update this post...
