So I experienced this with my 'Portal' game, but thought maybe I'd messed something up, so just published iOS 9+, but now I've just experienced this again with a brand new game when testing on xCode Simulators running iOS 8... So now I think there must be a bug. Maybe people are aware or it already? Basically, I compile and run, and it loads the Splash screen, then crashes. Console Output: Thread/Error: It's easily solved if you just want to upload an App that's iOS 9+ But that's no good if you want to catch iOS 8's audience too (although I don't know how many are still running 8, but still). So yeh, any thoughts on this? Am I doing something stupid? Thanks people
I added this to our research list to see if we can duplicate it. I suggest also emailing support@buildbox.com with all the info so we can get additional details from you if needed.
Hey, I'm experiencing the same thing. It won't build any apps for iOS 8, not even the preset one. And I'm using xCode 7.3.1.
Yeah it looks like the problem relied in the cocos2d::CCApplication::run(), something is not quite right with the audio setup?
