Yeah you need to select alpha in the preferences and export the sequence.
Then delete some of the frames as you will have too many.
In that Case create an advanced move and add a new object in, set it to character bullet and add a spawner to it, change settings to preference.
Create a bullet, attach it with connection mode to character, add spawner set to 'single shooting'.
How about an advanced move active 'on collision' with the enemy. Set linear velocity to make animation move with short timeout.
