Anyone else having issues running their game on iPad. I just get the buildbox logo and then a black screen?
if buildbox 3 free version and insert admob SDK inside your project it will always rejected because there is bug on main.storyboard "i think" when you opening game on ipad devices show black screen when you tapping "No To All" on very first screen i'm already contact with support to solve this issue form weeks ago when i was working on free version and got noting until now but now i have pro subscription so... how to solve this you can't.... or submit with uncheck ipad devices if this is first release inside xcode or buy subscription..... but first ask them on reslution center if this issue only appears on ipad devices ? copy it from reply **prev thread**
I don't have Admob ads running right now and it's still giving me a black screen. Works perfect on iPhone though!
then without admob too when i submit without admob it's approved maybe he pushed anther button so i thought it's because admob i had to remove my app from app store and resubmit it again with uncheck ipad
Hi, If it is the trouble of app itself, you may try to delete and reinstall it. But if this doesn't work, it may be your iPad issue. You may turn to a power tool like TunesKit iOS System Recovery to get your iPad out of black screen.
