I'm having a nightmare getting BB3 going on my machine.
This post is to anyone who successfully creates BB3 games and BB designers etc.

What hardware setup are you using ?
What is the best setup required to run BB3 ?

I'm currently a Win 10 user but if its a Mac 1234 or whatever, I would consider it.

    Thanks.

Here are the minimum system requirements.
Buildbox runs fine on both Mac's & PC's.
Keep in mind that in order to export to iOS you'll need a Mac to run Xcode.
Also, both Mac & PC's is compatible w/Android Studio.

With respect, the Windows spec is out of date.
One of the errors I get when trying to run BB3 on a low grade setup is that the graphics card needs a minimum of OpenGL 3.1.
This is one of the reasons I posted the thread.

That said, 8gb Ram seems rather a lot, would that stop 3D assets loading into a template at design time or would it work but be laggy ?

    Windows PC
    Windows 7 and Up
    OpenGL 3.1
    OpenAL
600MB free disk space (for the software only)
    8GB RAM

So yes, Windows 7 will be fine. OpenGL 3.1 is required, not 2.0 however for Buildbox 3. Ram, you really want to have 8 gigs but maybe you can get away with lower though obviously it will lag.

I am looking into buying a used laptop to work on some BBX projects, it would be Windows 10, an i3 processor, 8GB ram and the graphics card will be one of
    Nvidia GeForce
Intel HD Graphics 3000 or 4000
    Intel HD Graphics 520, 610 or 620.

Will all of these graphics drivers run BBX and OpenGL properly with Win 10, i3 and 8GB ram??
Looking to work on some light casual games which will be uploaded to Google Play.

    Thanks
