I was wondering, how do I make a game with a constant force pulling it down, and a button to press to push it up, without it going diagonal.

There is a template call Jetpack. It will be very helpful for you.

When you open Buildbox 3 there are 3 page tabs (templates, tutorials, updates)in the main page, before creating a new project. Tap on templates and you will see the jetpack template. If you still can't find it. Take a screenshot to the main page and show me.

It's okay. I'm here to help. I can't see the picture. Maybe drag it to the text box and wait to it load.

Oh okay! I see. Update the program.
Anyways, I tried the jetpack template and it doesn't help with your question. However, here is a quick help. Create a dynamic character, and a static platform. Apply action to your character:
touch-Move(y-axis) Now, the problem with this setting is that, if you want to move your object forward automatically, you cannot do it with a move node because it won't work. I'm trying to figure out how! I'll let you know!
