Hi, everybody, I'm new here and a few hours ago I registered in BuildBox with the free license... The only problem is that after hours I don't get the email containing the serial code, what should I do?
Check your spam bin of course. But what I did was go to buildbox.com and do a password reminder. Then you can login and under licenses you'll see your licence number. Give it a whirl - hope it works out for you.
Thanks a lot I found the serial code, anyway I had already checked the Spam folder but nothing, the email didn't really arrive.
Great you are sorted @Davy777 ! Yeah there seems to be a real email delivery (sending) issue for many people. I never got mine either. Hopefully they'll work that out shortly ;-)
