Hi all I have fired an email over to support but whilst i wait, I'm curious. Are any other monthly subscribers unable to now open bb2? it says activation failed when i try to open it, and i have tried reinstalling but to no avail Cheers
Have you checked your licences in the billing area of your account? The keys may have changed - just a thought while you wait.
H Cheers for the response! I have checked that too but I cannot even get to a stage where I can re-enter the activation key
Hey, @chrissy_wissy2 I tried to open up Buildbox 3 and it gave me the system limit error. Just send an email to support and they should handle it. But it is the Holiday so it may be best to get attention here. @Sean Buildbox
I also had this issue out of the sudden. Have subscribed (Pro) since February. When I opened a file that I was working on BB3 2 days ago, got a notification - 'Your current subscription plan only allows to edit 1 World. Do you want to upgrade?'. Try to open BB2 and got notification asking me to enter activation key. After key entered got the activation failed notice and contact support for help. Confused because I'm a pro subscriber and my subscription still active. Have emailed support but still no response. This is holiday time and guessing we'll have to wait until holiday ends next week.
and if you install bb again on your device you get the message: Maximum system limit has been reached.
Hey guys! To be clear there was a server migration 2 weeks ago causing some users to need resets on their licenses. If you haven't already simply email support or DM me and we will do so. We're off during the 24th and 25th for US holidays but will be active on the other days to be clear

thanks all but mine still isnt having it. The license has been reset by support (Sean) and it still says activation failed when i entered the key - not sure if there is anything else i can try? I've also reinstalled, and also restarted my macbook. Cheers
Anyone else still struggling with this? I have so much to do in regards to a game I'm working on and I've been unable to even activate the software for like 4 days!
