im confused here, if we say our games are directed towards kids then targeted ads will not be displayed (most of the advertisers do targeted ads) if we say that our games are not designed for kids but and the FTC rules that my game is directed towards kids then they may give me a fine of $42,000. This is for youtube but i'm thinking apps would be the same due to ads servicing. can someone shine some lite that has more knowledge of this/ Thanks
It's getting scary out there for all dev's and artist. The rule is ignorant and it won't work well and I'm predicting it will fall apart quickly. My games are not for kids but, they look like they are smh what a mess.
