I have a level select screen where if my player beats a level, a level completed icon shows up; but if the player dies or pauses the game and goes back to the level select screen, the level complete animation shows up. Is there a way to fix this.
I do not know the configuration of your game but I think that after the death of the actor or the pause of the game you should return to World. In Game over UI you should have a button that will take you to the Main UI menu or Levels Ui. This way you will skip levels screen
