How To Make A 3d Particle Trail

    Not quite the particle trail but is anyone else experiencing issues with a standard trail?

    I'm currently trying to add one to my character and when I add the trail node to my mind-map and do nothing more than add a small 10x10px jpeg image at 50kb to the node BB crashes. There's no indication on whether I need to use a specific file format, dimensions or anything really.

    Any ideas?

    I did it but with out the timer, I dont get what the timer is for in general neither here ?
