Hi, I'm facing a small issue with sound and want to know how do you deal with it in your games. the issue is that BB preview, Android and iOS play sound at different volumes and this is annoying. for example, I normalized the sound volume to play well on the PC. On android the background music at a normal volume but sfx are too hight. On iOS, the background music is normal but sfx are too low. it seems that each device try to re-normalize the sound using a different algorithm, making it lower or higher than original. is there a way to fix this ?
Try converting all sounds and music through media.io. We did that and it seemed to normalize all sounds.
Thank you I'll give it a try. I already tried to normalize the sound using audacity but it didn't worked, when it's fine on Android it's too low on iOS and when it's fine on iOS it's too high on android.
Hi EZKad .. You've probably found a way around this yet .. but just for anyone else facing a similar issue, it may be an idea to export first with IOS when it's fine .. then adjust the volume again and export when its fine for Android and so on and so forth.
