Admob Ads

I am unable to show ads on my game after publishing it on play store.
I've emailed to support@buildbox.com many times but it didn't solve my problem.
Should uprade to BB 2.3.7 will solve the issue or i am missing something important after exporting the project from buildbox ?

 

Unfortunately, there is no way to place ads in your game. I tried everything and nothing worked.

 

You most certainly can place ads in your game. I recommend using Admob as it has worked flawlessly for me. Just make sure that your bundle id's match and that you are placing the correct ids in the correct places. For example, in the "Advertisements" tab make sure you have the correct ad ids under both "Google Play" and iOS. Hope this helps.

Try this if you haven't come across it already. I believe the first 5 minutes or so explain how he implemented Admob into his project.
