Hi, I’ve been trying to integrate appodeal for few days but i haven’t make it. So i decided to look for a freelancer to do it for me and i found someone on fiverr. My question is those freelancers worth trusting ? Never hired a freelancer before that’s why i am asking. Thank you .
I've used fiver a few times. Read reviews and feedback. Feel free to contact the person first asking the question 'can you do X'. Be very clear in what you want. There is a 'contact' button just under the 'buy' button. But do remember, Appodeal may not work, as its not officially supported.
Yes that’s what i have done i asked alot of questions ,but the guy asking for my bbdoc file and appodeal account ? Is that normal?
No,Just give him exported source code for the following platform and appodeal api key.Never give anyone your bbdoc file if you are planning to publish app.
Well after a long search and conversations with different freelancers on Fiverr i find someone who looks professional but he asked for 180$ to integrate appodeal into my ios project
$180 is outrageous. Keep searching on there, you will find someone. Or post your work on Indie Game chat (for example) and see what you get. If they are charging you that much for what to a good coder is essentially an hours work - if that, you should pay no more than $50-$80. Some will ask for your API keys - they could be asking for your Appodeal acc as it has to sync with your app in the browser. If you've already done this step, let them know. All they will need is the file that needs changing and your API keys. I have sent files to people, as it is all about trust and unfortunately, there isnt any way around it, especially as they have to test it is working before sending it back. Otherwise as a seller they run the risk of a negative review if their service didn't deliver what you requested.
if you're looking for some quality work then i will strongly suggest you to search freelancer into "Upwork" budget betweens "$10-20" only. Fiverr might be nightmare for you as a lot of freelancers are not even well skilled or some of them use illegal work which i strongly recommend to avoid such people. >Ask freelancer experience with buildbox, > Write proper in detail job description what do you want and how? >what version they are using ? >do not hire someone who has less then v2.3.5. I agree with @spicedbeangames "Appodeal may not work, as its not officially supported."
I think that you can trust freelancers. Just carefully consider the resume freelancer his work experience. Reviews of this freelancer. Look LinkedIn profile and other social links. My friend he is is also a freelancer, he used linkedin resume writing, so that employers would be comfortable seeing all the projects.
