At my game over screen, when I click the share button it works fine, but shows the screen behind it for a split second before it brings up the share options. Any idea why or how to fix this? Heres my UI and uploaded the screen recording on my phone to streamable https://streamable.com/2z48a
Stay calm... nobody will fix this problem! my game is dependend by this function (game field scren>component of screen share doesn't work. I started to transfer my game to Unity. Its so Hard!
@ionicapetrica98 I wouldn't say that "Nobody will fix this problem" infact, chances are that it "Could" be fixed by full release of Buildbox 3
Did you guys watch the video? Has this happened before ? @Josh (Tekanology) Or is there at least a work around besides deleting the share button?
This is a joke? This problem was not fixed since Buildbox 2.1.0! Just promises! Buildbox team is working full time only to secure the platform. (Anyway, they are not succeeded as long as I can not work in offline buildbox). Marketing, promises and allot of Bugs! GAME FIELD SCREEN OPTION DOSENT WORK SINCE 2015!!! Sorry, my english sucks!
@Squiggz I saw the video.What i could understand is ,its not the previous screen but in-fact share screen which happens sometimes.Couldn't identify properly without looking at your previous screen.But i would say this is not an issue and the hard truth is majority of users will not use share feature in game .They simply download.Rate if good or too many ads ,Play and uninstall
I feel you can work around this. Have a navigation button with the words "SHARE" that leads to an empty Ui that sees the world underneath. The actual button is invisible and covers the entire screen. When the user taps on the screen, it now takes a picture of the world and the invisible UI you are on. You can also put a timer on it so it goes back to the gameover screen after.
