Make The Character Pick And Drop

Hi everyone
I really pleased to be a part of buildbox community.
I am working on a game where the main character is a car
I want that car pick up and drop off people. So, how can i do this? Any ideas.

Pickup with as a Action Item and drop out as damage and poeple lost animation
