Where Is My 'everything Collection'?

Hi all. I just downloaded Buildbox and BB3 beta but I wasn't provided any link to the assets collection. I cant find any link in my profile or on this forum. Please help. Thanks

you can try to check your e-mail address including spam folder and if you cannot find any link related to assets collection feel free to send an e-mail to support@buildbox.com they will help you as soon as possible.

So can someone confirm your supposed to get an email for the 'everything collection'?

Just upgraded and didn't get anything (have checked junk etc) and now emailed support - hope I don't have to wait till after the weekend

 

you can find a text link at the bottom of the welcome email...

 

Hey - Thanks for the reply. Nothing on my welcome email, I assume this is because when I first joined I was on the base plan (where you don't get the 'everything collection') and didn't get a new email when I upgraded yesterday

 

Email Support@buildbox.com and they'll sort you out sir

check your spam folder as it could be there. Normally it comes with your licence key and welcome email. If you changed plan, then you may need to wait until MOnday now for them to upgrade your account.

There's nothing stopping you using place holders or opengameart dot org for now
