How can i have gameplay like SKY or Temple Run?

How can i have gameplay like SKY or Temple Run where objects and background will move from one direction and character will only Jump to remain on track?

I believe this style of art is made using a voxel creation tool like Qubicle, I'm trying to learn this these days but it's a lot tougher than it looks

 

photoshop and illustrator are the king you can make this design with basic skill and power of observation.

 

another game have the same gameplay as sky was created it's like it was created by BB 2.0 i was impressed it's a model and improve game so that's what you can do with BuildBox 2 boxers have a look.
