Hi. I purchased Buildbox today. I downloaded the program by clicking on the link in the e-mail. firstly, "Buildbox has been successfully activated." When I click ok another box pops up saying "Invalid license file." I sent a message to the support unit. Do you have any information about this problem?
The support team are just about waking up. It's not 24 hour support. Are you using a VPN? Turn that off if you are. If you have installed an old version of BB, remove both, then reinstall from the download links in your activation email.
