Beta Crashes When Creating New Game Mojave10.14 Beta

No Buildbox Beta opens up.
i go to file new and can see the create new menu.
once I click on click anything it crashes.

 

It looks like it's interfering with an old install of BB2 to me. I'm guessing a fresh reinstall would fix it.

 

I have tried uninstalling BB2 and then reinstalling only BB3. Same results.

 

I did a full uninstall then restarted my machine then installed the Alpha and the same thing happens.
i will say that it still looks kinda like v 2

not sure what to do.

 

HERE IS WHAT I DID TO GET IT WORKING
I downloaded BB3 and did the install. instead of replacing the old version i selected kepp both and Boom it opens and seems to work.
