Hi Guys, I am using Alpha3 but i have some problems: 1 - In the presets i can see a lot of features in object or character properties like "if collide", "Set Color" and others. If i create a new project i cannot add this features to my objects 2- How to add a character? 3 - In the Mind Map i can´t add nodes. My only options ate create UI or 3D World. 4 - How to import a OBJ with Textures? Thanks
1: Double click on Object or character in left side menu 2: You can drag an object up into character section, then drag into scene. 3: With BB2 you couldn't add notes either. But if you meant NODES, Follow answer #1 4: Follow answer #2 then click on the object in the left side menu, then drop png. texture file in right side menu next to Textures box.
Lol, yeah I'm sure he was talking about Aplha 3 and he said he couldn't add "notes", but I think he meant Nodes.
Thanks for all answers. Just some questions. 1 - Can i create a character using inside forms like squares, circles without drag a image from my computer assets? 2 - I tried to import an obj and it came without textures and with parts merged. Example: I imported a forest with trees but all were imported as a unique object and without texture.
1. You can bring in one of the primitive shapes included in the software and add that as a character to give movement etc. 2. You need to import the textures as .png files.
You need to export and then import the textures separately. If you were just using vertex colors then you just have to reassign the colors in Buildbox.
Sorry but i am a little confused with how to use nodes. Tried to use a jump but i can´t. Is it correct? How to set it for 3d model? He does note have a connection point
Pressed and Released are two different things. Connecting to the same node is probably creating an error depending on your jump settings. Pick one.
I tried this but don´t work. Can you tell me how to do a simples connection to jump works? I just want to understand this start to make more things
Yes they both work on same computer with no problem and at the same time. I often have both open w/no issues.
