Rendering Issue

    Hi, i am new in buildbox and using buildbox1.3.5 trial version and facing rendering issue.I can't render. it always crash and closed.Please help me. Any solution would be appreciated.

    If you have the log files, you can get more info in there. Sometimes look at video drivers, memory and other issues. Start from the log files.

    Hi,
    Thanks you for replying
    I have gone through as you said and found that there is some module error named "atioglxx.dll" file. How to fix this issue. Please advice.

    the issue is not with Buildbox but your video card...

    What graphics card do you have on your machine?

    it's likely a driver conflict. The best solution is to update the drivers with the latest version from your video card's manifacturer

    I have update the drivers with latest version, it works once and after that issue still remains. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have attached log file. please find attachment. Remove .txt from attachment file name.
