Curious as to where you guys FIRST heard of Buildbox. I was looking on Craigslist here in Fla for art gigs when I spotted a guy who mentioned he had this program called Buildbox and wanted to team up with an artist and someone who can use it to make games with him. Which we did....eventually I broke away from him and obtained my own subscription to BB and went solo. Been a boxer ever sense. So....what's your story?
Man difficult to recall exactly. I signed up in June of 2015. I had yet another aborted attempt to learn Game Salad. Started looking around for an alternative and somehow, someway a mammoth Google search led me to Buildbox and it was a revelation seeing the whole drag-and-drop solution. It was everything that Game Salad was not. And the rest is history
I was just researching different game engines and came across it lol. So I guess you can say my love for trying out and testing new engines XD
LOL!! Was looking for a game engine after doing reskins... all hail bumped into Buildbox in 2015 and never looked back since then. Having tried game salad, construct 2 & unity... the simplicity of buildbox was what made us signed up immediately for a full license
Umm... As far as I remember it was March, 2016, 11 pm at night. I was Googling about making games without code. Then I found about BB. I bought BB 2 months later after that day.
