Share Option Not Working

hi guys
i have a question.i created an action button in main menu ui and changed the functionality to share.
but when i tried it on my android phone its not working.can anyone please tell me where i went wrong??

 

You need to use a navigation button and set that to share, not an action button.

 

hi @playgames6666,thank you for the reply,sorry i mistyped.i meant to say navigation and not share.
could you tell me where i went wrong.this is what i did:-
i dragged the navigation button,added an image to it and changed the functionality to share.
then i tried it on my device but it did not worked.
is there anything else that i need to do for sharing option?

no,i didnt.i added share option in main menu ui.

 

You need to open your settings and add a share message.

i have a all done process to share but crash it in android 8

 

what version of buildbox you using?
2.3.6 should be working fine without crashing..

 

2.3.5

 

you need to update to 2.3.6, that version fixes the crash when clicking share button on android 8

 

but i have a no update found in my buildbox 2.3.5

I am able to share the gameover screen but share message is not showing? can anybody help?
