Hey all. I have a MacBook pro with Buildbox installed and have partitioned using boot camp for an installation of Windows 10 also. Just wondering can I have a second installation of Buildbox on the Windows partition or are we only allowed one installation period including on the same machine? Thanks Matt
Buildbox can only be activated 2 times. You can have BB enabled on 2 computers, regardless of the operating system (Windows or MAC). You can activate it without problems.
Thanks @jcalle Thats weird as I have just tried and I'm getting the below message even though I only have one installation. I have emailed Support. "Maximum number of systems exceeded"
I'm also having the same problem. I sent an email 6hours ago. There is no response from customer support. i wasted my entire day. Thought of creating new game...
Just to note time zone difference. Buildbox and the support team are in San Francisco so you have to essentially wait your turn in the support Q and until they wake up. Once everything is up and running, you shouldn't experience any problems, but if you should - people on the forums can always help you(outside of activation)
They'll for sure get to you but in the meantime don't sit around doing nothing. Sketch out your game ideas and think about the gameplay, color scheme etc. This way once your in Buildbox the game will be built quickly.
