It's just MENUS. You connect RIGHT answer menu item to the next stage. WRONG answer menu links to game over. You could also use game world and add invisible character that moves left when you hit the check mark, or right when you hit x. which would allow for coin pickups for score.
sir, how do you connect it to the next stage/scene?? [if it completes the goal/gets all the coins/hit right answers , move to next scene?] i thought it can be used in menu jump. but if that case only 10 lvls will be available lolz

im guessing that the Timer is the Character that has a Collision at the Right End and moves -1 (depends on the time) then collides at the end with a Enemy that would Make it jump to Game over Screen? am i right? or is there a timer in BB, cause that would be nice to make a platformer with a timer too.
I have a very similar game called math madness. I used the default character that comes with a template in buildbox. On each question, my character is set dead in the centre. Yes & no buttons are set as left and right. I would put an enemy on the wrong answer and a "next checkpoint" on the other. There's also a time bar which I made for the game here :
