Character Is Disappearing From The Game

I finished my game, I have a character that moves up trying to avoid obstacles, it's a simple game, everything is working great on buildbox, but when I export it and test it on android the character suddenly disappears he doesn't even show up!!!! what's going on? but it's working perfectly on buildbox :/

 

I forgot to say I made it on buildbox 2.3.0

 

Update to BB 2.3.2, the version you are using has many errors, one of them may be the one you have.

 

I had a similar error when I ran a preview of the game.

I sent it off to support and they advised me to edit the collision shape and then the character came back.
