You can create these in any 3D modelling program such as Blender. Even Photoshop would be able to. Where did you get the 3D square images from?
You can use blender as AaroArts already said or cinema4d, maya etc. you can also create great 3D graphics with photoshop with the 3D tool. You can look up some tutorials on youtube! With Blender or Cinema4D you can add different render settings wich could add a really cool and unique style to your game!
